Create a handmade "Polka Dot Pretties" flirty apron, and include a marvelous cookbook in your package – new, thrifted, re-gifted … as long as the cookbook looks and feels brand new, it’s a good one.  Make your package pretty … wrap it in tissue, tie it up with a polka-dotted bow, and include a personal little note card please

It seems like everywhere I look, all I see are adorable polka-dotted goodies.  I personally just bought myself a black and white polka dotted mug for tea at work.  I decorated snack tables at my church’s womens retreat and all my accessories were “dotty” this past weekend.  I even found an adorable black and white polka dot top on sale that I adore!

So, in this swap, participants will create a handmade “Polka Dot Pretties” apron.  You do NOT have to make the whole thing from polka-dots!  That’s TOO predictable.  If you prefer, use the dots for accents, polka-dot ribbon ties, maybe the pockets … perhaps you’ll find some rick-rack like I’ve used, that was dotted!  Do what makes you smile.  For your cookbook, please take the time to find one that you’d like to receive, not just any old cookbook, ‘k?   You gotta sign up by April Fool’s Day and send before May Day.
